Uptime by NotifyBox provides website and API monitoring services, including:
- Automated uptime monitoring from multiple global regions
- Real-time alerts and notifications
- Performance tracking and analytics
- Public status pages
- Team collaboration features
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Monitor websites you do not own or have permission to monitor
- Attempt to overload or abuse our monitoring infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
5. Subscription and Billing
5.1 Free Plan
Our free plan provides limited features at no cost. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.
5.2 Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are subject to change with notice.
5.3 Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days.
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our monitoring service. In the event of extended downtime, users on paid plans may be eligible for service credits.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by NotifyBox and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
